Role : Will be responsible for setting up and executing the Customer Experience Process. The role includes receiving all customer calls, articulating the value preposition of the portal , addressing customer concerns and ensuring resolution of all issues. Managing the order process and ensuring timely execution of delivery.
Expected Responsibilities : A highly customer focused intern with ability to articulate value prop and understand customers requirements and guide the customer towards the right solution. Will be the first customer contact point on all calls. Addressing customer - questions, concerns, problems. 2) Responsible for ensuring all orders placed are executed 3) Manages MIS dashboard. 4) Office admin
